Link a legacy PRO license key
The new SwiftRead was launched on Feb 24, 2026 as mobile/tablet apps (iOS and Android), a web app, and a new version of the browser extension. If you subscribed to SwiftRead PRO before this date, you will have a PRO license key (now called a "legacy license key") that you may want to link to a SwiftRead account so that you have access to PRO on the new apps. Here's how to link your legacy license key to a SwiftRead account:
- Open the Settings page in the app (or you can do it on the web, https://app.swiftread.com/account-settings).
- Click the link after "Have a legacy PRO license?"
- Create an account and enter your license key.

- If the key is rejected or already in use, you will need help. Reach out via the chat button in the bottom-right corner.
