Check your SwiftRead PRO status
Your PRO status appears at the top of Settings.
Check PRO status
- Open Settings.
- Look at the status card at the top of the screen.
- Check which card you see:
- PRO with an Active badge means PRO is active.
- Unlock PRO means the current account does not have active PRO access.
If you recently purchased PRO, leave and reopen Settings to refresh the card. If it still shows Unlock PRO, sign out and back in with the SwiftRead account used for the purchase.
If your status is still incorrect, reach out via the chat button in the bottom-right corner. Include the email on your SwiftRead account and where you purchased PRO: the website, Apple App Store, or Google Play.
