Troubleshoot PRO feature access prompts

If you see PRO prompts after upgrading, your account may not be the one that purchased PRO or needs a refresh.

Steps to try

  1. Confirm you are signed in with the account that purchased PRO.
  2. Check your PRO status in Account settings.
  3. Restore purchases if you bought PRO on iOS or Android.
  4. Sign out and back in to refresh your status.
