Troubleshoot PRO feature access prompts
If you see PRO prompts after upgrading, your account may not be the one that purchased PRO or needs a refresh.
Steps to try
- Confirm you are signed in with the account that purchased PRO.
- Check your PRO status in Account settings.
- Restore purchases if you bought PRO on iOS or Android.
- Sign out and back in to refresh your status.
