Troubleshoot file upload failures

If SwiftRead won't upload a file, first make sure it's a PDF or ePub no larger than 25 MB.

Steps to try

• Check your internet connection, then select the file again from Open > Local Files.
• If you're using the extension, choose the retry option on the upload page.
• To check an app import, open Open > Import History. Scanned PDFs from the extension also appear there.
• Other extension uploads don't appear in Import History; their progress and any errors stay on the upload page.
• If the upload still won't start, refresh SwiftRead and try again.

If the same file keeps failing, reach out via the chat button in the bottom-right corner. Attach the file if you're comfortable sharing it and include the exact error message if you see one.
