Paste text or Markdown with the extension menu

If a webpage can't be imported—or you already have the text you want to read—you can paste it into SwiftRead from the extension menu.

Add your text

1. Click the SwiftRead extension icon.
2. Choose Paste Text for plain text, or choose Markdown to preserve formatting.
3. Paste your content into the editor and submit.
4. Start reading it in SwiftRead.

Choose Markdown if you want to keep headings, lists, and other formatting.
