Adjust text size and layout
SwiftRead lets you set one text size for Reader, Flow, and Spotlight, and a separate size for the centered text in Focus mode. You can also change the spacing between lines, letters, and words.
Change text size
- Pause reading, then select the gear icon in the reader controls.
- Select Text Size.
- Drag the Reader slider to change the text size in Reader, Flow, and Spotlight.
- In Focus mode, use the Focus slider to change the centered text size.
- Select Close.
If you don't see the Focus slider, switch to Focus mode before opening Text Size.
Change text spacing
- Select the gear icon in the reader controls.
- Select Layout.
- Adjust Line spacing, Character spacing, or Word spacing.
- Close Layout when you're done.
The document updates as you move each control, and SwiftRead saves your choices for future reading sessions.
To change how many words SwiftRead paces together, open Speed Reading with the speedometer icon and use Words at a time.
