Change how many words are shown at a time

Words at a time controls the size of each word group SwiftRead shows or highlights while reading. It works in Focus, Flow, and Spotlight modes without changing your WPM.

Change words at a time

1. Pause reading, then select the speedometer icon to the left of Play.
2. In Speed Reading, find Words at a time.
3. Use the minus or plus button to choose between 1 and 4 words.
4. Close Speed Reading.

SwiftRead will use the new group size when you press Play.

A few things to know

• The last group in a sentence may be smaller when there aren't enough words left to fill it.
• To read faster or slower, change Reading Speed in the same window.
