Highlight/focus on single or multiple words while playing
When you press the Play button in the reader, words are automatically highlighted or focused on (and synced with narration audio if you've enabled that). This helps you get through text efficiently by guiding your eyes forward.
To change the number of words that are highlighted or focused on at a time, adjust the "Words at a time" setting.
- Open a document in your Library
- Tap on the speedometer icon to the left of the Play button to open "Speed Reading Settings".
- Increase the "Words at a time" setting to highlight/focus on more words at a time, or decrease it to highlight/focus on fewer words at a time.
