Connect or remove Apple or Google sign-in

Connect Apple or Google if you'd like another way to sign in to your existing SwiftRead account.

Apple sign-in is available on iOS and web. On Android, use Google or email and password.

Connect a sign-in method

1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll to the Account section.
3. Select Sign-in methods to expand it.
4. Select Connect next to an available Apple or Google option.
5. Complete the provider's sign-in prompt.

That sign-in method will now show as Connected.

Remove a sign-in method

1. Open Settings and scroll to the Account section.
2. Select Sign-in methods.
3. Select Remove next to the connected provider.

You need at least one way to sign in, so connect another method before removing your only one.

If SwiftRead says the Apple or Google account is already connected elsewhere, return to the sign-in screen and use that provider to open the SwiftRead account it's connected to.
