Refund policy

We want you to feel satisfied with your SwiftRead PRO purchase. Refunds are available within 14 days, but the steps depend on where you subscribed.

If you subscribed via the website or browser extension

Send an email to help@swiftread.com with your account email and purchase date, and we will help you with a refund.

If you subscribed via the Google Play Store (Android)

Reach out via the chat button in the bottom-right corner with your account email, and we will help you with a refund.

If you subscribed via the Apple App Store (iOS)

You will have to request a refund from Apple. Apple does not allow developers to issue refunds directly, and SwiftRead's 14 day policy may not apply.
