Troubleshoot supported reader imports
If a Supported reader import fails, it usually means the reader is not available, you are not signed in, or the book is not open.
Steps to try
- Confirm the reader is listed under Supported readers on the "Open" screen.
- Sign in to the reader in the same place you are importing from (browser profile, app, or web).
- Open the book before starting the import.
- If you see an upgrade prompt, confirm you are on PRO.
- Restart the import from the "Open" screen or extension menu.
