Troubleshoot supported reader imports

If SwiftRead can't open a book from Kindle or Libby, check that you're signed in, the book is open, and you still have premium pages available.

Steps to try

  1. In the app, make sure Kindle Cloud or Libby appears under Supported sources on the Open screen.
  2. If you are using the extension, open its menu and select Kindle Cloud or Libby.
  3. Sign in to Kindle or Libby in the same browser profile or app where you're using SwiftRead.
  4. Open the book before starting the import.
  5. If SwiftRead says you are out of free premium pages, wait for the daily allowance to reset or upgrade to PRO for unlimited premium pages.
  6. Start again from Open > Supported sources, or select SwiftRead current page in the extension menu.

If the book still won't open, reach out via the chat button in the bottom-right corner. Include whether you're using Kindle or Libby in the app or the extension, and the exact error message if you see one.
