Troubleshoot supported reader imports

If a Supported reader import fails, it usually means the reader is not available, you are not signed in, or the book is not open.

Steps to try

  1. Confirm the reader is listed under Supported readers on the "Open" screen.
  2. Sign in to the reader in the same place you are importing from (browser profile, app, or web).
  3. Open the book before starting the import.
  4. If you see an upgrade prompt, confirm you are on PRO.
  5. Restart the import from the "Open" screen or extension menu.
